Event Ticketing Policy

1. General Terms

Bantu Soko is a ticketing platform operated by Mswahili (T) Company Limited. We serve as intermediaries between event organizers and buyers. All event responsibilities lie with the respective organizers.

2. Ticket Purchase and Delivery

  • Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Tickets are delivered digitally via email, SMS, and your Bantu Soko account.
  • Ensure your contact details are accurate when purchasing.

3. Pricing and Fees

  • Prices are set by the event organizer.
  • Service fees may apply per ticket and are non-refundable.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final unless stated otherwise by the event organizer.
  • Refunds due to cancellations are subject to the organizer’s policy.
  • Bantu Soko retains service fees on all sales regardless of refunds.

5. Event Admission and Conduct

  • Admission is governed by event and venue rules.
  • Failure to follow rules may result in denied entry without refund.

6. Event Changes

  • Event dates, venues, or content may change at the organizer’s discretion.
  • We will notify buyers of changes when possible.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Tickets may not be resold for profit without approval.
  • Fraudulent activity may lead to ticket cancellation and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Bantu Soko is not liable for cancellations, injuries, or technical failures.
  • All liabilities rest with the event organizer unless otherwise agreed.

9. Data Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may share limited information with event organizers for coordination purposes.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dar es Salaam under applicable law.
